Cancellation / Refund Policy
In the event that a participant cannot attend a clinic that is organized by Baseball NB, notice should be given to the office/NCCP Coordinator as soon as possible and the procedures listed below will be followed. If proper notice is not given or the participant does not show up to a clinic no refund will be issued. Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on case by case basis.

• If notice is given five or more business days prior to the start of the clinic, the participant can receive a refund less a $15.00 administration fee.
• If a technical failure at the participant's home or workplace prevents access to the session, the participant will not be issued a refund. It is the responsibility of the participant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of the clinic.
• If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the clinic is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
  
  

Politique d'annulation et de remboursement
Si un participant ne peut pas assister à une clinique organisée par Baseball NB, il doit en aviser le bureau ou le coordonnateur du PNCE le plus tôt possible et les procédures énumérées ci-dessous seront suivies. Si un avis approprié n'est pas donné ou si le participant ne se présente pas à une clinique, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. Les circonstances atténuantes peuvent être examinées au cas par cas.

• Si le préavis est donné cinq jours ouvrables ou plus avant le début du stage, le participant peut recevoir un remboursement moins des frais d'administration de 15$.
• Si une défaillance technique au domicile ou sur le lieu de travail du participant empêche l'accès à la session, le participant ne sera pas remboursé. Il est de la responsabilité du participant de confirmer la configuration requise et de tester son ordinateur avant le début de la session.
• Si une défaillance technique est imputable au fournisseur de services et que le stage est annulé, le participant sera intégralement remboursé.
