2019 Commodores Tryout Dates Announced

Baseball New Brunswick is excited to announce tryouts for both the 15U and 17U Commodores teams. Any player looking to play for the Commodores in 2019 in pursiut of a their first National Championship must attned 1 of 4 tryout sessions. For more information follow the links below!

It is with great pleasure that Baseball NB announces that starting this coming season our new high performance programming will be named Commodores Baseball. The new Commodores Baseball program will continue to provide high performance training to 17U Boys, 15U Boys and 14U Girls teams and new for 2018 Baseball NB will be adding a 16U Girls team.

Our new programming will represent a way of life both on and off the field. The cornerstones of the Commodores program will be to pursue greatness, compete for championships and to give back to the community. Our staff, coaches, athletes and volunteers will take personal ownership in creating a long lasting positive environment for all future athletes. Our hopes are that all future athletes want to be apart of the Commodores culture and Set Sail for Greatness both on and off the field.

It will be an action packed first summer for the Commodores teams!

The 17U Boys Commodores will play host to Canada’s best during the 2018 Baseball Canada Cup being held in Moncton and Dieppe, NB. Action will start August 8th and run until August 12th. We look forward to seeing everyone out to cheer on the Commodores as they Set Sail for Gold!

The 15U Boys Commodores will be travelling to Oshawa, Ontario this Summer to take part in Baseball Canada’s Ray Carter Cup. They will look to continue their success at this event following a silver medal performance in 2017 in PEI. The tournament will take place from August 23rd to the 26th. Commodore fans staying at home can follow the action online at  

2017 was the inaugural season for the 14U Girls team! They set the bar high by winning the Baseball Atlantic 14U Girls Championship. The Commodores will look to defend their gold medal performance in Saint Johns, NL, from August 31th to September 3rd. Keep an eye on our social media during the event for links to follow the team as they take on the best in Atlantic Canada.

For their inaugural season, the 16U Girls Commodores will look to prove themselves against Canada’s best as they participate in Baseball Canada’s 16U Female National Championship taking place in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Commodore fans staying at home can follow the action online at
