Athletes will receive eight training sessions exposing them to 16 hours of elite level clinical instruction in a small group setting to develop all aspects of their game. This year’s camps will incorporate the Zepp Swing trainer, and allow coaches to provide instant feedback and swing analysis to our athletes.

Head Shot ClarkOnce again, sessions will be led by Baseball NB Program Coordinator, Matt Clark, who is coming off a successful 2017 campaign, leading his 15U team to a National Silver medal, and playing a key role as a member of the coaching staff for the T12 Championship winning team, Atlantic-Maroon, earning him the 2017 Coach of the Year Award. Matt was part of the Canadian Junior National Fall Development Team in 2009, a 2010 graduate from Vauxhall Academy of Baseball(HS), as well as a 2011 WVIAC Conference Champion (Concord University - NCAA DII), and three-time CCBA Conference Champion with the UNB Cougars. Clark is now the Head Coach of the Baseball New Brunswick Canada Cup team, who will represent the province on home soil in 2018.

Wood graduated from Prospects Academy(HS) before splitting his collegiate career between Prairie Baseball Academy, and the University of Arkansas at Monticello (NCAA DII), where he racked up a lengthy list of accolades during his senior season: 2016 GAC Conference Championship, 1st Team All-American, 2016 GAC Conference Player of the Year, and most notably winning the 2016 Josh Willingham Award which is presented to the Most Valuable Payer across all NCAA DII baseball. Washburn was a member of the Hill College Rebels (NJCAA) in 2010/2011, before finishing his collegiate career as a Central Connecticut Blue Devil (NCAA DI) in 2012/2013. After his college career, Mike continued his pursuit of baseball playing professionally as a member of Les Capitales de Quebec. Washburn currently plays for the Fredericton Royals, and has been an integral part in winning numerous provincial championships, national medals, and is the only player in NBSBL history to win the Triple-Crown award three times (2013,2014,2017).
